Roller Dance - Halloween

Roller Dance is back at the SAT for a special Halloween edition! On October 25, grab your skates, your boldest costumes and your best moves as Espace SAT transforms into a dancefloor on wheels. For the occasion, Fly Lady Di will take over the Roller Dance soundtrack for the very first time. A multidisciplinary artist and DJ with over twenty years of experience, she draws from hip-hop, R&B, soulful house and dancehall to keep the dancefloor moving across genres. Fé will transform the space with her visual creations, while Marilyn Basbous, founder of Skate with Marly, will be there to get you dancing on four wheels, whether you’re taking your first spins or you’re already a roller pro. The only rule: come in costume! Creatures of the night, disco divas, movie characters, completely over-the-top looks : anything goes.

CULTURE MONTRÉAL EN CARTE

About this map

Montréal has a rich cultural offering, but information is scattered across websites, social networks, noticeboards and posters. Getting an overview can be difficult. Montréal en culture aims to simplify discovery by bringing cultural activities together in all their variety. The project is also inspired, with some nostalgia, by the weekly calendar of the cultural magazine View, which featured a varied offering, from shows to talks and from popular events to more unconventional activities. Adding a map, Montréal en culture invites you to explore that richness across the city. Still a prototype, this independent project aims to become an essential reference for cultural outings in Montréal.

The site was originally designed for desktop use. A mobile interface is now available.

A broad understanding of culture

The directory takes a broad view of culture: artistic creation, presentation, heritage, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for discovery or participation. It covers the Montréal urban agglomeration, including its associated islands. Its scope develops with the sources and activities recorded.
