By participating, you’ll: Discover the types of power you can hold and how to use them constructively. Explore diverse leadership styles, including quiet, transformational and peer leadership. Develop self-awareness using tools like the Johari Window to understand your strengths and blind spots. Learn to give and receive feedback effectively in academic and professional settings. Build a growth mindset that prioritizes learning, development and career success. Walk away with practical strategies to lead thoughtfully, navigate challenging feedback, and turn self-awareness into action—helping you guide teams confidently, strengthen relationships, and position yourself for future opportunities and career growth.
